I didnโt fall in love with fitness because of how it made me look. I fell in love with it because of how it made me feel. Strong. Grounded. Clear. When I first started in the gym, I was just figuring it out like everyone else. I wasnโt chasing a six-pack or a perfect routine. I was chasing clarity. Confidence. A way to take back control of my life. Every rep helped me rebuild not just my body โ but my mindset. Now, as a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, itโs my mission to help other people do the same. Because fitness isnโt just about physical strength. Itโs about mental strength.
